Drapery Cleaning
Over the years, we have found that drapery fabrics have changed, not only in style, but in the way they have been installed by the Decorator. Our team member will visit your home and inspect for sun and weather damage, measure the drapes, and test the rods and cords to be sure they are in fine working condition. The drapes will be tagged for location, taken down and brought into our facility for cleaning. Our expert drapery technician will inspect the drapes again,and decide the appropreiate method of cleaning (dry clean, wash, or hand cleaning). After cleaning, they are pressed and fan folded on our perfect pleat machine for beautiful rolling folds. We then return and reinstall your fine fabrics.

What other wall coverings do we clean?
If it hangs, we clean it! Sunny Hills cleans drapes, valances, swags, verticals, mini-blinds, sunbursts and more!
What methods do we use?
All drapes are cleaned in our shop mostly using solvent just like the solutions used by drycleaners. Delicate fabrics and blinds are hand washed by our expert technicians.
Can drapes be Scotchgarded?
Absolutely. We offer top-of-the-line 3M Scotchgard services. We will never use cheaper or off brand protectors!
How long will it take for my drapes to be cleaned?
It typically takes about 3 working days from taking down your drapes to rehanging by our experts.
Do we take down and rehang?
Certainly. Our drapery professional will come to your home and inspect your drapes for cleaning ability and determine the method we will use. Then he will take down and transport the drapes directly to our shop where our in house technicians will work tirelessly to clean your drapes. Some old drapes sun rott and may fall apart when cleaned. This does happen very often. Older drapes will be cleaned using shorter sensitive cycles. All drapes will be cleaned, pressed then fan folded. Once everything is cleaned, our experts will transport your items back to your home and proceed to redress your windows.
